Are You More Likely To Hyperovulate The Cycle After Having

Are you more likely to hyperovulate the cycle after having implanon removed? I had mine removed March 30th because we were trying to conceive. I found out 5 weeks later I am pregnant. I'm getting a sonogram soon to pinpoint how far along I am but I feel like I'm going to have twins. Am I crazy?
