Area Around My Belly Button/ Slightly Bellow Has Been Feeling

Area around my belly button/ slightly bellow has been feeling like im hungry, but I have just eaten and have been eating good amounts. (that was during the day) now at nighttime I ate vanilla ice-cream, and thats when it turned into a "balloon" feeling full of gas. Not sure if the belly button area/bellow has anything to do with the stomach? Im concerned it might be a small ulcer
