Area On Upper Inner Corner Of Eyelid Near My Tear

Area on upper inner corner of eyelid near my tear duct that fills with fluid and will drain if I apply enough pressure. But also seems to have a hard area in it also. Any thoughts on what this is and what I should do? A optometrist put me on an antibiotic but it was to hard on my kidneys so I had to stop it and I don't think it helped anyway.
