Around 4 To 6 Weeks Ago, I Had Vaginal Spotting

Around 4 to 6 weeks ago, I had vaginal spotting after sex that lasted a few days. I was also experiencing tailbone and left hip pain. I called my gynecology offine and they said they didn't think it was anything to be concerned about. I've been going to the chiropractor for the back/hip pain, but it isn't getting better. I started my last period 2 was ago today, and it was very heavy. Today I started spotting again. What do I need to do? Make an appointment? Wait and see? What? I have a tendency to over react, but im getti g scared. Thanks!
