Around 6 Weeks Ago I Had Many Sexual Encounters, All

Around 6 weeks ago I had many sexual encounters, all of them didn't include any penetration and mostly only oral, but there was unprotected genitals friction and I am not sure if one had accidental anal insertion {while wearing my boxers} for about 10 seconds; she's saying it didn't happen but I doubt it. No gay sex. Now I am having a severe sore throat, had little fever and some flu like symptoms, and a rash. The rash looks like very small puss pimples. The only time I got something similar is when I had hair laser removal on my cheeks; I got then a very sensitive reaction of small puss filled that I spent a day popping up to make them not appear that much. Now I spot some of these on my chest and 1 or 2 on my face, almost unnoticeable.
