Around 9 Nines Ago I Had A Vascetomy Whcih Become

Around 9 nines ago I had a vascetomy whcih become infected not long after the proceedure. About 3 years ago I got a strong pain inn testicles and was diagnosed and treated to epidiymts ( spell ?? ) I took antibotics and it seemed fien. Lately I have noticed the cyst returning and getting larger on the left side. Again diagnosis is a cyst ? Is it normal for this to re-occur, because every time i visit the doc I am questioned heavily about STD's , I have no known history of STD's / STI's and have only had sex with my wife for the past 7 years .
