Around August I Had Unprotected Sex With My Boyfriend.. Two

Around August I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend.. Two days later I took the plan B pill. Couple weeks later I got my period... I was a few weeks late but ended up getting another period. My question is could I still be pregnant? or my period is going to be irregular for a while ?
