Around Midnight I Began To Experience Strange Floaters In My

Around midnight I began to experience strange floaters in my left eye...they move around and change shapes...sometimes appearing as a piece of string, a butterfly wing, a wisp of smoke...all the while bouncing around. I can even see them when I close my left eye. I have had floaters...dots...before with migraines, but this is very different. Can you help?
