Around My Lower Right Abdomen, I Have Been Having Severe

Around my lower right abdomen, I have been having severe pain. Yesterday, I was in town waiting to get picked up and out of no where I felt like I had just been stabbed in the stomach. Since then, the pain hasn't gone away.
It's very tender around there, it hurts to laugh, run, or lift myself up.
I'm not sure whether it's appendicitis or fallopian tube problems.
Please let me know what you think it is.
