Around The Same Time Every Month , Usually The 10-14

Around the same time every month , usually the 10-14 day of my cycle I have a little bit of bleeding . It will only be one time when I wipe and then nothing after that . The blood is usually a dark brownish . This month it was a little different , the blood was more red . Should I be worried ? Is this cancer ?
