Around Too Weeks Ago I Was Constipated And Strained. Days

Around too weeks ago I was constipated and strained. Days later there was a large lump around my anus I'm too embarrassed to bring it up to anyone. The good thing the lump has shrunk a lot of the two weeks and does not hurt anymore. I'm scared it could be something else because it is still a raised lump around the area and is not going down as much but still doesn't hurt. I worry it could be cancer or something more serious at first I thought it would just go away in a few days. But it is still linger and this worries me
