Arthritis in the hands. Does it start out with fingers /hands becoming suddenly misshapen without any noticeable pain. The last time this happened in a hot day on the golf course in Phoenix when Maria became dehydrated several years ago and it just happened in her fingers just in the last half an hour. I gave her two ibuprofen to help with any inflammation if that will help.
