As A Heart Patient, I Have Been Advised To Stay

As a heart patient, I have been advised to stay away from honey. This has been difficult as I have had honey in my diet for many years. In my research into this, there is no definitive view that says honey is not good for heart patients. Caution yes. Your thoughts please.
