As From The 1st Of This Month (Aug 2015)I Started

As from the 1st of this month (Aug 2015)I started doing some exercises so as to reduce my weight,exercises which comprises of running on a treadmill,seat ups,press ups just to mention few.on the 14th after my exercises I started urinating urine with blood and so painful when I'm just about to finish urinating,then on the 15th blood stopped coming out but now I came to notice pass coming out of my pens and also I had been using viagras so I'm now getting confused and very much worried about this situation can you please help me doctor by telling what really went wrong and what should I do so as to solve this problem but at the present moment I have stopped exercising.
