As Per Doctor's Prescription I Took Ocid 20 For 2

As per doctor's prescription I took ocid 20 for 2 months daily for acid reflex related problems. While taking the medicine I have no problem But when I stopped the problem arises. Shall I continue the same medicine for long time? Is it advisable? Is there any other side effects of taking this medicine?
