As Per Lmp I Am 7 Weeks Pregnant Today Went

As per lmp I am 7 weeks pregnant today went for scan and it showed collapsed gestational sac of 1or 2mm only. Spotting or more then spotting is happening since 4, 5 days. My hcg was increasing bt slow boy doubled. No sign of ectopic pregnancy still as per sonologist. I am on duphastone since 2 weeks. Will i get menses? What should we do plz suggest.
