Asking On Behalf Of My Girlfriend.. I Was Late On

Asking on behalf of my girlfriend..

I was late on my period on 23rd June then didn't have a period till this Tuesday, on Thursday I got a werid flesh like pink/grey tissue when I wiped I am in the end of my period now.
Please can you help..
I took the pill for 9days but gave me pains so stopped on Sunday then came on my period on the Tuesday.
I am waiting to have blood tests as I am concerned if I have pcos.

Any suggestions what the flesh tissue could be?
