At 8 weeks pregnant, pap swear indicated BV, prescribed Clindamycin Vaginal Cream q night for 7 days. Today, I am 11 weeks pregnant, and I finished clindamycin last night and tonight I am experiencing spotting. I also have a very friable cervix. I have a slight bloating feeling/stomach ache. No sharp cramps. Thoughts?
