At L1-2 I Have A Diffuse Disc Bulge Flattening And

At L1-2 I have a diffuse disc bulge flattening and mildly indenting the anterior thecal sac. In conjunction with moderate to severe bilateral facet arthropathy and posterior ligament flavum thickening. There is mild central canal narrowing in the AP dimension. My biggest problem is a "pinching" pain in the upper groin on my left side. It is especially bad after sitting. The tightness starts in my lower back and goes down my buttock along the left side of my hip and leg to my knee.
