At About 3 Am This Morning I Became Extremely Dizzy

At about 3 am this morning I became extremely dizzy and fuzzy in my brain laid down and went to sleep, woke up with same symptoms have been very dizzy, ringing in ears, hard to keep balance, no pain anywhere.
