At about 4 this a.m., I woke up to fairly minor pins up and down my esophagus or windpipe. I'm 66 yrs old, have SIBO, and all previous heart tests have shown that I have a healthy heart. After about 20-30 minutes, the pain subsided and I was able to go back to sleep.
