At Anytime It Could Happen. No Pattern. Sudden DEEP Burning

At anytime it could happen. No pattern. Sudden DEEP burning pain in upper midriff, shortness of breath to the point of feeling like I'll faint. Than run to the bathroom where I'll have a very small amount of diarrhea. What connects these three to cause this? I don't even have to exert myself.
