At First I Had Spotting That's When I Found Out

At first i had spotting that's when i found out I am pregnant the dr gave me progesterone pessaries in order to stop the spotting however it didn't work anyways i completed my life normally then i went for follow up it should be 8 weeks 5days they told it is dead no heartbeats and size indicating less than 5 weeks age.
The dr gave me cytotec 4 vaginally and 3 sublingual every 3 hours it gave no effect so he told me to take another 4 vaginally after 48 hrs nothing happens then he told me to repeat the full course vaginally and sublingual after 24 hrs
I am afraid that it would give no effect what shall i do next and what are other consequences of taking all these pills?
