At First My Serum Creatinine Reading Was 1.14 Then It

At first my serum creatinine reading was 1.14 then it increased to 1.33 everything else has normal reading. I tested for urine culture too...it result e.coli( 3,000 CFU/ml).
And the sensitivity test says: not done as the colony count is insignificant.
Is it normal? I'ms 51 year old and I'm taking pressure medication.
