At Lunch Yesterday All Of The Sudden It Was Like

At lunch yesterday all of the sudden it was like someone shoved an ashtray in my face, the smell was so strong I almost gagged. It lasted for a minute or two then just faded away. Today at a different restaurant I could swear someone had just smoked & right next to me but of course there was no one there. I'm getting a bit concerned.
