At Night Mostly, I Have Been Experiencing Extreme Sexual Feelings

At night mostly, I have been experiencing extreme sexual feelings in my penis. The feelings are not sexual related. Lately the intensity has been increasing and I experience bouts of this sexual attack during the day. I have an extreme urge to masterbate, but it does not stop the feelings. The torment is back after a couple mins after masterbation.

I have read online about the condition of PGAD. It seems that is what I have. Is there any treatment?
I am a 54 yr old male. 5'8" tall. 260 lbs. Married with kids.
