At Night My Sinuses Drain A Large Amount Of Liquid

At night my sinuses drain a large amount of liquid and mucous. The color is brown and green.originally star ted as a slight puffiness under the bottom of the eye. Puffiness continued until eye is sufficiently puffy as to affect my eye sight in the morning. I also run a low grade fever and my eye waters sometimes.>/?l
