At Night When I Lay Down Or When I'm Resting

At night when I lay down or when I'm resting I get a mild to moderate pain on my back left bicep. It's not stinging or throbbing. It appears and the. It stops and the appears again. No bruising or trauma. It's not a show stopper but it has me concerned because it only happens while I'm in a resting position.
