At Night When I Turn On My Right Side To

At night when I turn on my right side to sleep, I get a mild headache and my eyes hurt. It also feels as if my right ear is clogged. I went to a walk in clinic about a month ago to have it checked and was told I had fluid behind my eardrumb. I was put on antibiotics and given nasocrort. could these symptoms be related?
