At Present I'm 12 Weeks Pregnant. However The Conception Date

At present I'm 12 weeks pregnant. However the conception date adds up to the week my period stopped. I have a regular 28 cycle as well. Very curious how was it possible when I wasn't suppose to be ovulating at that time. Thanks in advance for your help.
