At The End Of July, 1016, I Started To Easily

At the end of July, 1016, I started to easily tear the skin and on my right arm. Since then I have frequently bruised and torn the skin on both arms. I can reach into a cardboard box and scrap it, turn a corner and scrap it on the wall, things that I'm normally not aware of doing. Right now I have a band-aid on my right arm because several days ago I tore the skin. It's even causing bruising from replacing the band-aid daily. I'm 66 yrs. old. I do not take aspirin (sensitivity), nor any blood thinners. Today, my good friend suggested that it is all the spinach I've been eating since March when I went on a healthy eating plan. Usually have 5 spinach salads a week. I thought vitamin K caused the blood to clot am I wrong? Could I possibly be overdoing the spinach?
