At Times I Will Become So Lightheaded With Weakness, Dizziness

At times I will become so lightheaded with weakness, dizziness and have to lay on the ground or will fall. Takes awhile to feel better then rest in bed for about 3 hours for it to go away. Today when I went to move while on the floor my legs started to act like spasms and continued for about 30 sec.
