At Times, I Will Have The Sensations Of "click Click"

At times, I will have the sensations of "click click" in my head. I thought it was in my ear drum, but if I put my hand over my right ear it does not appear to be that. It isn't my pulse since I find my pulse is normal. It happens frequently in bed after I get up to urinate. Maybe another descriprtion is a "tick tick" senation.
