At Various Times Throughout The Day, I Get Very Itchy

At various times throughout the day, I get very itchy rashes on random parts of my body. The itchiness and rash usually disappears after about 10minutes, then reappears on another part of my body sometimes hours later. What could be the cause? What can relieve the outbreaks and itchiness?
