At What Point Do I Check Myself Into A Hospital

At what point do I check myself into a hospital for tests to resolve an unknown diagnosis related to symptoms that have been worsening for 10 months? The monthly Dr. visit with a '1zy' test here and there (blood work, mri, chest xray) hasn't turned up anything.
