At work I eat "fun size" chocolate bars when I'm stressed. Then after a few seconds get "sweaty" Am I having blood sugar issues. For breakfast I eat Old Fashioned Quaker oats w/ a teaspoon of brown sugar. I don't feel "sweatty" after eating that.
