At Work We Only Get Certain Breaks And We Can't

At work we only get certain breaks and we can't use the bathroom until we get a break, so I'm pretty used to holding back but last night I had to pee so bad I was almost to the point of tears. An hour or so later after using the bathroom I got this really bad pain in my lower abdomen. I could barely sleep but finally I did and after waking up I'd thought it would've went away but it's still there and it's very uncomfortable and painful. I'm not sure what it could be and I don't know if I need to go to the doctor.
