Ate At A Restaurant, Got Stomach Pains, Both Front And

Ate at a restaurant, got stomach pains, both front and back and then diarrhea. Constant pain since Sept. 29th, had several tests and now have cloudy appendix. Could the food have some bacteria that could cause my stomach to burn and have pains. Seeing a Dr. Tuesday. My question is could the food bacteria cause all this pain???
