Av Used Xtraderm Cream On My Face For 3 And

Av used xtraderm cream on my face for 3 and a half weeks plus some antiviral,antifungal and antibiotics pills as I had been directed by a doctor.I got better 4 samtym since i had pimples and spots which greatly reduced wit tym but suddenly my menstrual cycle changed within the same month and i now have painful very itchy pus filled pimples on my face.what do i do?please help.I live n Kenya and I av a combination type of skin
