BEen Having Tightness And Feeling Of Weakness In Both Legs,

BEen having tightness and feeling of weakness in both legs, dizziness and just wondering what could cause this. I do have periodic episodes of fluttering in the chest muscles and do have three ruptured discs in the lower back (for 22 years). Just seeking to know if should be checked out. Doctor in the past has stated that it is my back pinching a nerve.
