BP 160/100 Dr Wants Me To Go Back In Morning

BP 160/100 Dr wants me to go back in morning to have another reading....Also having full bloods done and an ECG, I have pins and needles in my right arm all the time for the past 2 moths, i also have cloudy head feeling and what i call disco eyes when my eyes are like a strobe light flashing.....A little scared at what the tests will show. can you give me any ideas prior to my results coming back?
