BP Is 90/41 With Pulse Rate 64 I've Been Tired,

BP is 90/41 with pulse rate 64
I've been tired, fatigued, lethargic with very low appetite. Only medication I am currently taking is sertraline once per day before bed.
My question is should I go to the hospital or wait to get an appointment with my family Dr?
