Back In 2008 I Was Diagnosed With Cervical Subluxation C5-6

Back in 2008 I was diagnosed with cervical subluxation C5-6 on C-spine MRI. For the past several months I have had a lot of crepitation in the neck and difficulty turning my head completely to the left. At that time a possible fusion was mentioned which I decided to postpone. The pain in my neck radiates into the back of my head. Celebrex is the only medication that seems to help. I was told that this could become a very unstable condition. Should I now be pursuing a neurosurgeon for a consultation?
