Back In 91 I Was Beaten In The Head With

Back in 91 I was beaten in the head with a fist at least 4 times real hard in the left side of my head . Since then I have had debilitating headaches that common aspirin won't fix they last way to long and it's very hard to function at times. Also the place where I was injured gets really tender to the touch. Very painful as if it happened yesterday in a way it makes me nauseated and lethargic at times. Should I be concerned about this ?
