Back In July I Had A Bicep Tenotomy, Subacromial Decompression,

Back in July I had a bicep tenotomy, subacromial decompression, and debridement of rotator cuff and labrum; after the procdure, I developed numbness and tingling in the pinky and ring finger and elbow pain. The numbness and tingling has kind of resolved but the elbow is getting more uncomfortable. I was doing well with the shoulder; but lately, I have noticed a sharp stabbing pain on top of shoulder blade and in the upper humerus area. I am not sure if this is part of the healing phase or if its being aggravated by me using it more (I have returned to work and doing PT weekly). I can lift if I keep my upper arms and elbow to the side but If I need to do an outreach lift or a simple task as pouring water from a pitcher, I have difficulty. I have received a cortisone shot in the elbow area and ion treatments in PT. Will these symptoms resolve in time?
