Back In March I Had Taken A Hard Fall Playing

Back in March I had taken a hard fall playing roller Derby and two weeks later ended up in the hospital sure to spleen infarcts. I had multiple test done and they ruled out due to injury. A week after getting out of the hospital I ended up with more infarcts and went on for more tests and they ruled it due to injury. A couple months later... Well back in September I had massive headaches and went to the doctor and is due to high blood pressure. I now take two different medicines for it and my BP is usually 135/96 which isn't good but alot better than 180/120. I have been on the dash diet, I walk for exercise and do yoga, I've lost close to forty pounds and now weigh 178lbs. I know I have more weight to lose. But could my blood pressure be linked to my spleen? My kidneys are good and my doctor said it's due to my liver producing bad cholesterol... But I I do not take any medicine for bad cholesterol.
