Back In June, I Went To A Party And Was

Back in june, I went to a party and was possibly date raped. Not going into details, but i don't remember the night whatsoever and came home in different clothes. It is now august 12th, and i have had my what i think to be period for 4 weeks now. Its very irregular, my period is always on schedule, normal blood, 5-7 days long, cramps the first 2-3 days. this one is just gritty brown discharge, or dark red stringy blood clots. No cramps, just have had it for 4 weeks now. I have gained a little weight, and just recently felt tenderness and sore "downthere" so please help, very worried.
