Background- My Name Is Melissa. I Am A 46 Year

Background- My name is Melissa. I am a 46 year old female. I would say I'm healthy for the most part. Last blood work done this year....my cholesterol was 'slightly' elevated. I was shocked! Never has been before. My family has a history of HC. Just watching with diet and exercise. I go to the gym maybe 3 times a week...sometimes less but try to walk around my neighborhood often. Been doing that for a long time. Also my Vit D level was low. So...been trying to take Vit D. May be a few pounds overweight...could stand to lose 10 to 20 pounds I think. I'm 5'7" and have a bigger bone structure. I was psychologically tested for ADHD back in 2009 or 2010. I take Adderall. I also live (suffer) with depression and anxiety. I have taken different medicines over the years for that, but was prescribed Wellbutrin and Zoloft together in the last year or so. I've taking other things for depression too in the past but can't remember the exact names at this time. Also I was prescribed Xanax as needed. Then...my heart rate was running high at a couple dr visits and she prescribed me propranolol. Recently, I have weaned myself off the Zoloft and no longer take the propranolol. I did speak to my Internal med dr about this and she wanted me to come off those gradually. I was really just tired of taking so many meds and I'm only 46. Still seems at times my heart is pounding out of my chest especially when I lay down at night for bed. I have trouble falling asleep and have a million thoughts running through my head and that's when at times, I feel my heart racing. I am premenopausal (I think) and had an ablation last year to stop my periods and a tubal ligation. I go to annual Gyn visits. At times I still feel the symptoms of starting my period. Ok...so to get to my point. Recently, I get easily and extremely agitated and sometimes very angry. No violence but I just say what's on my mind and don't care how it comes out. I can get very emotional and sensitive and want to cry at times for it seems no reason. I seem to be very moody lately. I cancel plans at last minute if I become too agitated. Happened today. I feel overwhelmed at times and just want to shut down. From everyone. I don't know if coming off those meds have affected me or if it's my hormones. My blood work came back fine other than the cholesterol and Vit D. I just feel helpless right now. Everything bothers me lately. Just don't know if I need to see a counselor (mental) or if it's physical. Got an appt to go back in August with PC Doctor. I am normally very friendly and outgoing but I just don't feel like myself lately. Any advice or suggestions?
