I had gastric flu 2 weeks ago and my stomach went fine for a day or so then it began to be broken up and I'm pooing about 3-4 times a day. My poo also seems to have a green mucus around it and there is even little bits of undigested foods. My diet is good, however I have recently started taking green tea extract pills
