Basically I Got My Tragus Done Yesterday And Since Then

Basically I got my tragus done yesterday and since then it's been feeling a little blocked but I can hear everything clear, it hasn't been sore nor is there any redness or even swallow, just abit of a uncomftable feeling .. Iv been using sea salt since Iv got it done .. Is that a bad sign? And I was wondering how will I clean my ear wax?
